The 2020 election is clearly in focus as the midterm elections are now behind us and the front-runners are emerging from the democratic field. Those with the most backing differ from poll to poll but a few common names continue to arise. Among them are Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Kristen Gillibrand and Cory Booker.
With the current global focus on the #MeToo movement, I would hope Booker is right out. He has, in the past, admitted to sexually harassing women yet somehow politicians on the left are not only clamoring for his public tar and feathering, but are somehow foisting him upon the unexpecting populace as a viable candidate. He does has minority appeal, which is always a plus for a Democratic candidate. Read about some of Booker's baggage below:

It seems to me that Joe Biden is too old and too white to have staying power in the Dem primaries, but only time will tell. Likewise, Bernie is neither young nor diverse. His appeal, however bizarre it may be, however, is tied more to his extreme socialist views and revolutionary rhetoric....a peaceful and voluntary revolution mind you.
All told, it should be an interesting year as candidates on both sides jockey for media attention and advancement in the polls.
